Start date: Friday 14th June 2019 → End date: Sunday 2nd August 2020
See some of the world's most iconic aircraft flying over Melchester seafront. This ever-popular two-day event is back for 2020 with a feast of flying, featuring vintage biplanes, World War II and modern fighters, aerobatic displays, parachutists, helicopters, the world-famous Red Arrows and more.
The weekend also includes a brilliant programme of live music and entertainment, including the Melchester Sea Cadets marching band, the Brassington Pipers, a traditional Punch and Judy show and the Rio Samba Band. On the Saturday night we'll be stepping back to the 1940s for jive and jitterbug dancing to local dance band The Debonaires. On Sunday evening the event will close with a fantastic fireworks display.
